Heyyy, I’m Kate!

I’m an empowerment coach. I believe that we all want to and should get to live the most empowered life that we can, but I know that it’s not always easy. Sometimes we need a little help.

I’ve been through many challenges in my life and been able to pull myself out of them as a stronger person. I’m grateful for all of the experiences, because I don’t believe that I would be as good of coach or able to connect with as many of you, without the life experiences I have had.

I’ve been lucky to experience the beauty of falling in love and as well as going through an amicable divorce. As an amateur erotic content creator, who started a movement in the world, I’ve opened myself and vulnerable shared who I am and discussed taboo topics with open dialogue.

My transparency about living an unapologetically bold and feminine life inspires women to pursue their most passionate and vulnerable lives.

For anyone who is curious about my resume credentials,I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a master’s degree in Nutrition & Human Performance. I’ve worked countless jobs in dozens of industries and couldn't be more grateful for the rainbow of experience and knowledge that compliment my rounded approach to coaching.
